The guy that delivers Chinese food

always keeps duping me of my change. Really? I thought delivery people were supposed to be knowledgeable on simple math and how to count money and change. Isn’t this an obvious job requirement? Or is he just tipping himself $5 (every time)? And how much change does he actually get away with “holding” out of all the deliveries he makes everyday? Might I mention that said deliverer, is the same. Every time. I’m dismissing the possibility of this being a mistake or miscalculation because it happens every time. How careless can a delivery guy be?
Really? What happened to “the customer is always right” and tipping at one’s own… Whatstheword?
Discretion?
If anything, people shouldn’t take what’s not theirs just like that. I have to give you.
Beggars aren’t choosers and this guy should not tip himself five bucks for delivering $12 Chinese take-out.
